First of all, what is a concurrent user?
A concurrent user is a person who is accessing a resource at the same time as one or more other users on the same account.
Many softwares support concurrent users. In the case of software, a software license may specifically limit the number of concurrent users a program will support; for example, teleconferencing software might support up to 20 concurrent users at any given time.
How does Incentive handle it?
Incentive has no limitations regarding concurrent users. This means that an account can simultaneously be used at the same time without limitations.
