I call myself an entrepreneur and I had set-up a couple of business - the one I run for the moment is this business - Incentive.
Passion
I'm passionate about Enterprise 2.0 - I absolutely believe it will change the way companies communicate and also their view of co-workers.
I'm a frequent lecturer in the subject - inspiring companies to change and demolish the old communication roads which often are one-way.
Thesis
My thesis - or goal for each company I work with - is "what if you could Google your own Wikipedia?!". That would be a tremendous success for any company - to actually search AND find! You can find answers to your questions in seconds on the net, but that can't be said about your intranet - sad to say.
Enterprise 2.0
So I focus solely on the search, BUT not by indexing all content already stuffed in - it’s wrong. I focus on feeding the search with content through blogging, wikis, microblogging, feeds and more.
We call it "co-worker generated content" and that is what Enterprise 2.0 is all about.
