This is the legal agreement between the end user ("Licensee") and Mindroute Incentive AB for the maintenance of updates and support services included in the license fee for the software Incentive.
1. The service includes
- Access to all new versions released of the software Incentive. No extra license fees are invoiced when download/requesting a newer version than installed.
- Priority support through the Licensee personal account page ("My page"). Requires an account on www.incentivecorp.com
2. Charge
The initial license fee includes 12 months maintenance of updates and support with no period of notice.
When the period expires Licensee will be notified and given the possibility to extend with another 12 months for the cost of 50% of the total license fee.
Only licenses are comprised in this agreement, no professional services, etc.
3. How to get support
All support is routed through the Support feature on the Licensee account page ("My page"). Support issues routed through other channels or direct e-mails will not be processed.
The guaranteed response time is within 24 business hours.
4. How to get updates
To get updates the Licensee access the New releases section on www.incentivecorp.com to download the upgrade kits for new versions.
5. Exceptions
Following are not included in the maintenance agreement.
- Any professional services required for applying upgrades, patches and/or hot-fixes.
- Handling and supporting specific Licensee development including integration with third-party systems, etc.
6. Modifications
Mindroute Incentive may revise these terms for Maintenance of Updates and Support at any time without notice. By using the software you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
